All skiers and riders at Waterville Valley Resort must display their pass on the outside of their jacket so it’s visible to staff. Zip ties are available at the Ticket Office.

FIRST RIDE, THEN DECIDE
Optional 1-time deferment before your 2nd day of use by submitting written notice to the Season Pass Office by March 1st; deferments are not automatic and will not be granted after that date.
FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLAN
Flexible 4-payment plan ($100 down) when enrolled by April 30, 2025, with payments processed at 30, 60, 90, and 120 days after purchase.

HOW TO USE YOUR PASS
DIRECT TO LIFT ACCESS
All Waterville Valley Resort Season Passes use RFID technology. Once your pass is issued and active, you can head straight to the lifts—no need to stop at the ticket window.
PICKING UP YOUR PASS
Season Passes may be mailed directly to you, picked up in-person at the Welcome Center, or picked up in-person at the Ski Resort Ticket Office.
Passes purchased from April 1 to October 31 will be mailed starting early November.
Passes purchased after November 1 must be picked up at the Welcome Center or the Ski Resort Ticket Office (during the ski season only).
RENEWING & MANAGING YOUR PASS
Each year, our season passholders are given a new physical season pass. Log into your account on shop2.waterville.com to manage your pass, renew your pass, update information, or review purchases.
Season Pass renewals get a 10% discount when buying before April 30th
If you lose your pass, Guest Services can assist you (replacement fees may apply)

MULTI-MOUNTAIN PASSES
Waterville Valley Resort is proud to be included on select multi-mountain pass products, giving skiers and riders the flexibility to explore beyond the White Mountains while still enjoying everything Waterville has to offer. Multi-pass holders receive eligible access throughout the season, making it easy to add Waterville Valley to their winter plans.
INDY PASS
Unlock 2 days of skiing and riding at 250+ independent resorts each from around the world.
No Blackout Dates at Waterville Valley Resort: Any time, any day.
No Reservations Needed: If you have a verifiable and valid Indy Pass, you will be issued a ticket.
One Redemption per Day: Indy Pass holders are limited to one ticket redemption per day.
Night Skiing Included: Night skiing is included with your full-day lift ticket redemption, redemptions must take place on the same day (Thursday, Friday, or Saturday).
Discounted Lift Tickets: Discounted 3rd day ticket redemptions are 25% off a full price adult lift ticket.
Tickets must be redeemed day-of at the Ticket Window with a valid I.D.
NEW HAMPSHIRE COLLEGE PASS
Unrestricted access to Cannon, Cranmore, Gunstock, and Waterville Valley with no blackout dates.
Passes must be picked up at the mountain you purchased it through.
Student must present a valid college I.D. along with current class schedule with a minimum of 9 credits during the same year as the pass.
NH College Pass holders are not eligible for Free Spring Skiing, True Grit Upgrade, Renewal Discount, or the Season Pass Promise "First Ride, Then Decide."
WHITE MOUNTAIN SUPERPASS
Unrestricted access to Bretton Woods, Cannon, Cranmore, & Waterville Valley with no blackout dates.
Each participating mountain has their own RFID pass. Passes must first be picked up at the mountain you purchased it through. On your first visit to other mountains, please visit the ticket or pass office to receive that mountain’s pass.
Passes purchased from Waterville Valley Resort prior to November 15th will be mailed, passes can then be picked up at the Ticket Office during operating hours.
$15 Off Buddy Tickets: $15 off full-priced ticket window lift ticket at each resort, one ticket per passholder per day.
Summer Lift Access: Free unlimited summer access to Waterville Valley Resort’s Snow’s Mountain Chairlift.
NH College Pass holders are not eligible for Free Spring Skiing, True Grit Upgrade, Renewal Discount, or the Season Pass Promise "First Ride, Then Decide."
UPHILL NEW ENGLAND PASS
The Uphill New England multi-mountain uphill membership pass provides access to 20+ ski resorts across MA, VT, NH, and ME with a single purchase.
Uphill passes are available through Uphill New England; Multi-Mountain Passes, Waterville Valley Only Passes, or Add-On passes are available.
Use the Uphill New England app to view account information, uphill route reports, review purchases, or check-in on uphill runs.
RESORT SAFETY & POLICIES
Safety & Responsibility
All guests are expected to follow the Skier and Snowboarder Responsibility Code. Ski Patrol is on duty during operating hours to assist with safety and emergencies.
Helmet use is strongly recommended for all ages.
Resort Policies
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, Waterville Valley maintains policies regarding:

How do I renew my Waterville Valley season pass?

Can I upgrade my Value Pass to a Plus Pass?
Yes, you can upgrade your pass to a higher level at any time. The cost for upgrading will be based on the current pass prices at the time the upgrade is made. See the Ticket Office for assistance.

Visit Guest Services or a ticket window for assistance. Replacement or day-use fees may apply.

Can I lend my pass to someone else?
Season passes are non-transferrable and intended for use only by the passholder. Passes found used by another person will be confiscated.

Do passholders receive any discounts on retail or dining?
Many pass types include discounts on select services. Waterville Valley Resort season passholders get 10% off retail and mountain dining. Check your pass details for specifics.

Are there blackout dates?
Waterville Valley Resort’s blackout dates include Christmas Week (Dec. 26-31, 2026), MLK Week (Jan. 17-19, 2027), and Presidents Week (Feb. 14-22, 2027). The Value pass is only valid Sunday thru Thursday excluding blackout dates. Upgrade to a Plus Pass for no blackout dates!
